30-Day Refund Guarantee
At Lonely Seaside Dentist Inc, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day refund policy on eligible services and products as detailed below.
Eligible for Refund
The following may be eligible for a full or partial refund within 30 days:
- Prepaid Treatment Plans: If you have prepaid for a treatment plan and decide not to proceed, unused portions may be refunded.
- Dental Products: Unopened, unused dental products purchased from our office (toothbrushes, whitening kits, etc.) may be returned for a full refund.
- Overpayments: Any overpayments or duplicate payments will be refunded promptly.
- Insurance Adjustments: If your insurance pays more than originally estimated, resulting in an overpayment, you will receive a refund.
Not Eligible for Refund
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Completed Services: Services that have been rendered cannot be refunded, as dental procedures are not reversible.
- Custom Products: Custom-made items such as dental appliances, crowns, bridges, or dentures that have been fabricated specifically for you.
- Emergency Services: Emergency dental care provided is non-refundable.
- Missed Appointments: Cancellation fees for missed appointments without proper notice are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our office by phone at (401) 835-3932 or email at sarafeinberg@lonelyseasidedentist.us within 30 days of your payment or service.
- Provide your name, date of service, and reason for the refund request.
- For product returns, bring the unopened item to our office along with your receipt.
- Our billing department will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original card within 5-10 business days.
- Cash or Check Payments: Refunds will be issued by check and mailed within 10-14 business days.
- Insurance Refunds: Overpayments due to insurance adjustments will be processed within 30 days of receiving the insurance payment.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service or treatment, please let us know immediately. We are committed to your dental health and will work with you to address any concerns. In some cases, we may offer to redo a procedure at no additional cost or provide an appropriate adjustment.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or if you have a dispute regarding your account, please contact our billing department immediately. We will work with you to resolve any discrepancies promptly and fairly.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your payment or service will apply to your transaction.
